The Personal Talent Skills Inventory (PTSI) is based on the science of Axiology from the original work of Dr. Robert S. Hartman.  Axiology is a mathematical accurate science that objectively identifies how one’s mind analyzes and interprets our experiences which identifies how we are most likely to act in any given situation and how we make judgments.  The PTSI measures a person in six core dimensions:

Empathetic Outlook – Understanding others, the ability to perceive their needs and adapt.

Practical Thinking – Understanding the functions of people at work and adapt in different situations.

Systems Judgment – Understanding of work objectives, policies, rules and procedures.

Sense of Self - Understanding  of one’s personal strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments and potential.

Role Awareness – Understand the balance between personal and professional roles and who one is.

Self-Direction – Understanding of self-conduct, duty, organization and discipline within ones self.

Research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment.

An individual's talents and personal skills are a fundamental and integral part of who they are. In this report we are measuring three dimensions of thought. They are:

Intrinsic - People

Extrinsic - Tasks or things

Systemic - Systems

This report analyzes talents; that is, a person's ability to do things. Is the report 100% true? Yes, no and maybe. As you review your report, please determine which items are job related. This will give you insight as to where to begin development.
